Hi! I’m Juhi Desai, a very loud and proud Jersey girl. I’m hoping to be a public defender after graduation - feel free to reach out if you have any questions about public service! I’m really looking forward to getting to know and work with more of the student body next year. The UVA law community is special and I can’t wait to learn, grow and have fun with y’all!

I am a rising 3L, and I am from Austin, Texas where I went to undergrad, majoring in Neuroscience. After law school, I plan on working at Quinn Emanuel, a trial firm, in San Francisco. During my down time, I enjoy baking, hiking/walking, playing Spikeball with friends, picnicking on the Main Lawn, and watching re-runs of Are You the One. I am especially excited to build community through our social events and to create better support systems to aid student organizations and future SBA leaders.

Hi, I'm Lauralei, UVA Law's inaugural Vice President of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. My Hawaii upbringing founded my dedication to diversity, and I am excited to serve the UVA Law Community as I shape this new role. In my free time, you can find me on the pickleball courts!

Hi! I'm Kelsey Strott, originally from Atlanta Georgia and most recently hailing from the University of Georgia. While I am currently a 2L, I hope to move to New York City after graduation to pursue a career in corporate, transactional law. I am looking forward to using my business background to organize SBA finances and modernize our processes!

Hi, I'm Grace! I'm a 2L, coming to UVA Law from Virginia Tech - Go Hokies! After graduation, I hope to work at a large firm as a first-time New Yorker. While I'm still at UVA, though, I am looking forward to planning inclusive and exciting events for my classmates, and expanding SBA's social media presence.
